Alan Sponseller has been legal counsel for
Cedarwood since 1988 and Vice President and General Counsel since
1992.
He has more than 20 years' experience in commercial real
estate and related areas, including several in private practice and with a
Fortune 500 company.
Alan is a member of the Ohio State and Summit
County Bar Associations, as well as the American Corporate Counsel
